Breakfast is served every morning between 8am and 9am in our dining room around our shared dining table.
Our breakfast menu offers a range of traditionally home cooked dishes, designed to suit every appetite and to give you a taste of Scotland. All of our bread products (unfortunately not including gluten-free) and jams are homemade, as is our granola. We try to use only the best quality ingredients, usually from Scotland, and only use free range eggs. We offer a range of high quality teas, loose leaf where possible, and freshly ground coffee. We can cater for early starts if required (although not all dishes may be available due to cooking times).

Served with homemade, toasted oatmeal bread
Homemade Scotch pancakes
Served with dry cured smoked bacon and Canadian maple syrup

Freshly Ground Coffee

Selection of Homemade Jams and Honey
Vegetarian options are also available. Please let us know in advance if you require a vegetarian breakfast.
