There are several good places to eat within a short distance of Lochview. Here are some of our suggestions:

There is one restaurant within walking distance of us:

The Four Seasons at Inchree – pub style surroundings with suitably hearty meals.

The following restaurants are all within a short drive:

The Lochleven Seafood Cafe, near North Ballachulish – a favourite with our guests and one of the best places to eat in the area, specialising in the freshest, local seafood, served in a relaxed manner. Awarded a Michelin Plate for 2021. Booking essential.

Crannog, Fort William – another seafood specialist, you can combine their lunch with a cruise along Loch Linnhe.

The Laroch Restaurant and Bar, Ballachulish – stylish and highly rated modern Scottish dishes from a previously Michelin starred chef.

The Holly Tree, Kentallen – choose between the main restaurant, serving a variety of bistro-style dishes, or the more relaxed “Captain’s Bar”. Stunning views across Loch Linnhe.

The Clachaig, Glencoe – a proper Highland inn with real ale, malt whisky and no-nonsense food. Regular live folk music in the “Boots Bar”. Very popular with walkers and climbers.

Garrison West, Fort William – on the High Street in Fort William, serving good modern pub food.

The Geographer, Fort William – on the High Street again, serving a range of international dishes.

The Lime Tree, Fort William – on Achintore Road, serving modern Scottish cuisine. Booking essential.
